With over a decade of experience in management and property investment, Jason is the owner and operator of Real Property Management Capital Region. Jason’s journey in real estate began with a personal investment in rental properties, driven by a deep understanding of the challenges and rewards of property ownership. Over the past year and a half, Jason has leveraged his hands-on experience to help fellow property owners maximize the potential of their investments through effective and efficient property management.

Before venturing into property management, Jason spent 12 years at a leading US-based tool manufacturer, where he worked his way up to the role of New England Sales Manager. In this position, he oversaw a team of 10 business-to-business and business-to-government sales professionals, driving significant growth and market presence in the region. Jason’s background in sales management has honed his leadership, strategic planning, and client relationship skills-assets that he brings to his current role in property management.

Growing up in a home with an ADU and long-term tenants, Jason developed an early understanding of tenant relations and property maintenance. This foundation, combined with his experience as an investment property owner for the past eight years, allows him to provide tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of property owners.

In addition to his real estate and management expertise, Jason has hands-on experience working with a residential renovation contractor, giving him a comprehensive understanding of property maintenance and improvement. Jason’s goal is to provide property owners with peace of mind, knowing their investments are managed with the utmost care and professionalism.
